OVERVIEW: Mr. Maxwell is a partner in the Covington office. He has tried over seventy-five cases to verdict for product manufacturers and corporate clients.

He specializes in automotive products liability law and tries cases for major manufacturers on a regional and national basis.

Mr. Maxwell is AV Preeminent Rated with Martindale Hubbell and listed in Top Lawyers of Louisiana.

  • Mr. Maxwell is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, all Louisiana state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit and the Shoshone & Arapaho Tribal Courts. He has also been admitted pro hac vice for trials in the states of Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
