OVERVIEW:

Mr. McDonald has been an attorney with the firm since 2006.  His primary practice area is in defense litigation focusing on taxicab liability and premises liability.  He also practices in the areas of business association, wills and successions, appellate advocacy and taxicab industry regulatory matters.  He is married and currently has three children.

  • Mr. McDonald is admitted to practice in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana and all Louisiana State courts.  He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Jefferson Bar Association, and the Bar Association for the Federal Fifth Circuit.  He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, where he attended the Litigation Management Institute and received his Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation.
