OVERVIEW:

Mr. O’Regan is an associate attorney with more than five years of experience in civil litigation. He previously served as a law clerk in the 40th Judicial District Court in St. John the Baptist Parish. He specializes in the defense of personal injury, property damage, maritime and construction litigations. In 2012, after more than five years of full-time practice at Bernard, Cassisa, Elliott & Davis, Mr. O’Regan moved to “of counsel” status. He serves as the Executive Director of the Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) retreat movement and is the Director of Summer Programming at the Camp Abbey Retreat Center, which is operated by the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

  • Mr. O’Regan is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.

  • Mr. O’Regan received his Juris Doctorate and a Certificate in International Legal Studies from Loyola University in New Orleans in 2003. He also received a Masters Degree in Religious Studies from Loyola in 2005. Mr. O’Regan is an Alumnus of St. Joseph Seminary College in St. Benedict, Louisiana and De La Salle High School in New Orleans.

  • Mr. O’Regan serves on the Alumni Board of De La Salle High School and on the Advisory Board for the Camp Abbey Retreat Center in Covington, Louisiana. He serves on the local Core Team TEC retreat movement. He is a member of the Ancient Order of Hiberniains, Friends of St. Alphonsus and the New Orleans Film Society. He and his wife, Sara are parishioners and Extraordinary Eucharistic Ministers at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Lakeview.
