Robert

Mr. Maxwell is a partner in the Mandeville office. He has tried over 100 cases to verdict for product manufacturers and presently serves as Regional and National Counsel for major vehicle manufacturers.

He specializes in automotive products liability law and tries cases for major manufacturers throughout the country.

Mr. Maxwell is AV Preeminent Rated with Martindale Hubbell, listed in Top Lawyers of Louisiana and an Advocate level member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Mr. Maxwell is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, all Louisiana state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit and the Shoshone & Arapaho Tribal Courts. He has also been admitted pro hac vice to first chair trials in the states of Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah and Wisconsin..
